Incorporated on 10 January 1979 with headquarters Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Savola Group is a shareholding company operating within the Consumer Staples sector. The company specializes in the production and distribution of processed and frozen food products covering edible oils, sugar, pasta, seafood, baked goods, fast foods and confectionery products. The company owns and operates Panda retail chain, which has two hundred and one stores throughout Saudi Arabia and four stores in Egypt, as well as a network of hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The company has several subsidiaries domiciled in Saudi Arabia. Savola Group is a public company listed on Saudi Stock Exchange since 1 December 1991.
